Damages and issues

We do throughly inspect each garment before it is sent out.

However In the rare occasion that your goods arrive faulty or not as ordered you have 72 hours from receiving your goods to contact us by email at  seapinksperranporth@gmail.com  to inform us of the problem. Once accepted you have 14 days from then to return the item to us for our inspection. once accepted we will give you a full refund including shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy 

Should you receive and not want to keep or exchange your purchase you have 72 hours to contact us by email at seapinksperranporth@gmail.com  Once notified you have a further 14 days for us to receive your item. The item can then be sent and you will pay for the shipping.

To be eligible for a return , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
